Aware of the situation the airline industries are facing and of the pressing need to control their costs to be competitive, Ceicom has developed an integral solution to address all sales and distribution matters in a simple, flexible and economic way; in other words, the solution the industry has been anxiously expecting for some time.

The solution we offer consists of two components, the eARACS application and an integrated hosting and administration service.

eARACS application

eARACS is web-based system which has been specifically created to keep track of the company’s inventory, to facilitate reservations and sales through the airline’s web site and, finally, to close the loop with flight check-in. eARACS is integrated into the ARACS product suite to enable accounting and financial and management control information generated by the application to be incorporated within the airline’s other systems.

This new online application allows users to make reservations according to the company’s tariff structure and to its issuance regulations. Considering the industry’s needs and regulations, all tickets issued are electronic. The application’s flexibility is evidenced by the fact that refunds and exchanges are easily issued according to the condition of the fare and, consequently, the subsequent audit task is avoided. In airports, eARACS allows for the automatic issuance of baggage excess, thus catering for all the industry's transactions.
