In response to these pressures, Ceicom has developed a range of Business Processing Outsourcing services, covering sales management, revenue accounting control and interlineal invoicing.

Transfer of such essential, but non-core, activities to a trusted external partner can free airline staff to concentrate more on the analysis and decision-making aspects of the process rather than data capture processing and correction activities. This allows airlines to maintain control and expertise without having to face difficult issues such as the recruitment and retention of qualified revenue accounting staff or the correct sizing of the revenue accounting team as the airline grows.

Ceicom’s aim is not to impose a “one size fits all” approach, but rather to find the most efficient arrangement for each airline. We work flexibly with each client, and all the while seeking ways to maximise their revenue recovery. As part of our service, therefore, we also offer sales audits to identify where revenue can be recovered – typically 1 to 2% can be identified immediately from such analysis.
